April 10, 2008 at 2:29 pm | In General | 3 CommentsToday we went to have our hair done then we went to Dartford. First of all we went to Virgin, and we went ot the mobile phone bit. I thought mummy was getting a new phone, but then she asked me which one do you like? I got a black slidey phone, and I like it.
Then we went to superdrugs and I got a small a bubble gum machine. Then we went home and mummy showed me how to use the phone.
Our Magazine

We thought of an idea to make a magazine at school. First of all we thought we’d just do one for class, and then when we made them we went round to the teachers, to ask if they wanted to buy one. Most of the teachers bought one, and our Head Teacher was our first customer.
When we were talking to Miss Chris, she said we could tell everyone about it in assembly, so we thought that if other people were interested, we could think about a school magazine.
The school magazine will come out every month. Tomorrow outside Miss Chris’ office, we will sell some more of the class magazine.
In the school magazine we will have jokes, puzzles, stories, poems, interviews with teachers, reports and news about the school.
I’m having fun making these and I like doing it because I get time off lessons!

This was a book that a group of us were reading at school. It had 24 chapters and we had about 4 or 5 weeks to complete it. After every chapter we had to write what had happened.
When I started to read it I got into it, and it made me want to read some more.It was a good book, and I liked most of the characters. Some of it was quite happy, but some of it was sad.
I now like bigger books, and am reading James and the Giant Peach.
My Half Term
February 23, 2008 at 11:48 am | In General | 3 CommentsOn Monday I went to Rainbow club and we made a papier mache. On Tuesday I woke up and mummy said to me because Amy is not well, you’ve got a choice to either go to Rainbow or stay here. So I stayed at home. Me and Amy made a papier mache.
On Wednesday I got up early, got myself ready, and played football on my playstation. Then nanny came over to look after us while mummy went to take the car to the garage. When she came back, we decided if we should go to Bluewater, and we did. For lunch we had a slice of pizza and a bowl of spagetti with mince. I went to a shop and it had old fashioned toys and in one section mummy found this putty that when you put your fingers in it makes farty noises. Then we came back and I went to nannys. In the evening I watched Torchwood with Martha Jones in it.
On Thursday I got up, I read a bit of my Wizard of Oz book, then about lunchtime we went out to the village. First of all we went to the hairdressers, then the doctors, then we had some nice lunch. Mummy picked me up in the afternoon.
On Friday we went to Dartford to meet Sue and Adrian. For lunch we had pizza hut. Amy got two new dresses in the new Asda shop.
Going to Lakeside
February 15, 2008 at 5:42 pm | In General | 3 CommentsToday we went to Lakeside with Nici and Robbie, we had a nice time, and we had Pizza Hut, but mummy had a jacket potato. Then in Smiths I got 2 books, they were both Doctor Who activity books. One of them had lots of puzzles in it, and the other one had things to make. I don’t know where but I put the bag down, and I forgot to pick it up. We went back and checked. Probably someone took it. But then mummy gave me some money for the most expensive book.
My Birthday

Today was my birthday and I am now 9 years old. Today at 3:30 to 5:30 I had a birthday party with my friends. We went to Whale of a Time, we played for a long time and then we went to a place where we ate.
In the morning, I got up and went to ask mum if I could open my cards and presents. I also got presents at my party. I got quite a few Doctor Who things because most people know I like Doctor Who, I got a kitchen that makes noises, and I got a pink watch. I also got some bath things, and a pink case with pens and pencils and all sorts of stuff like that.
I enjoyed my birthday and it was nice to have a party.
